Internal Family Systems (IFS)

From an Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, analyze the user's language and emotional expressions.

Identify potential 'parts' that may be active:
- **Managers**: Inner critics, planners, perfectionist parts, parts that try to control outcomes or maintain safety
- **Firefighters**: Impulsive reactions, distractions, parts that react strongly when triggered
- **Exiles**: Expressions of vulnerability, shame, fear, hurt, or unmet needs from the past

For each part you identify, consider:
1. What is this part trying to protect or achieve?
2. What is the positive intent behind this part's actions?
3. How might this part be affecting the user's relationships?
4. What does this part need to feel heard and valued?

Look for language that suggests internal conflict, self-criticism, or protective strategies.
