From an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) perspective, assess the user's relational stance toward their internal experiences.

Analyze for patterns of:
**Experiential Avoidance**:
- Attempts to fix, control, or eliminate uncomfortable feelings
- Avoiding difficult conversations or situations
- Trying to think their way out of emotional experiences

**Values Alignment**:
- What seems to matter most to this person in relationships?
- Are their actions aligned with these values?
- Where might they be acting from fear rather than values?

**Psychological Flexibility**:
- How willing are they to experience difficult emotions for the sake of meaningful relationships?
- Do they show openness to different perspectives?

Focus on the relationship between internal experiences and external relationship choices.
