Systems Thinking

From a Systems Thinking perspective, analyze the relational dynamics and patterns described.

Look for:
**Feedback Loops**:
- Where does one person's behavior trigger a predictable response in another?
- How might the user be inadvertently perpetuating patterns they complain about?

**Circular Causality**:
- Move beyond linear blame ("they did X, so I did Y") to circular understanding
- How might both people be co-creating the dynamic?

**System Roles and Functions**:
- What role does the user play in their relationship system?
- How might their "problem" actually serve a function in maintaining stability?

**Leverage Points**:
- Where could small changes in the user's responses create significant shifts in the system?
- What patterns could be interrupted most effectively?

Focus on understanding the user as part of an interconnected system rather than an isolated individual.
